1. All sales made are final. Serious buyers only.

2. First pay first serve basis, meaning if there is more than one person are interested in that particular item, we'll let go to the person who pays first.

3. Certain items are negotiable, but please be reasonable as we have offered our best price for most of the items.

4. Reservations are allowed for only 1 day and will be released to the next serious buyer that is under waiting list automatically without any notice.

5. Payment must be made into our Maybank/PBB Bank account within 2 days of confirmation.

6. Buy at your own risk. No refunds or exchanges.

7. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages that occurred during postage.
